Nilüfer OSAB Social Facilities, 2012

The project is located on the only dense green zone within the industrial zone of the city of Bursa. The program asks for a fitness center and a social center that would serve the people working in the district. Our proposal utilizes the barren land left within the dense green texture, and creates a social promenade to which social functions are attached. The units containing the program elements are oriented towards the green zone, so as to benefit from the better vistas within the site.
